How far in advance should I book my wedding?

Most couples book six to twelve months ahead, especially for summer and fall Saturdays. If your date is closer than that, reach out anyway — we often have openings.

How do I reserve my date?

Send us your date and service type through the booking form or email info@xirfadtech.com. We'll follow up with a quote and a short call, then a signed agreement plus a 25% retainer locks the date. The balance is due the week of your event.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Reschedules are honored once at no extra charge when we're available on the new date, and your retainer carries over. Retainers are non-refundable on cancellation because the date is held exclusively for you.

Do you offer both photo and video?

Yes. Photography and 4K videography with drone coverage can be booked separately or bundled, and bundling is the most affordable way to cover your day.

Can I rent the studio by the hour?

Yes. Our St. Cloud studio is available hourly with professional lighting options and a selection of backdrops. Appointments are available outside of 9am–5pm weekdays.

When will I get my photos?

Edited online photo galleries are delivered in two to four weeks for weddings and full events, and about one week for studio sessions, portraits, and corporate shoots.

How long does video editing take?

Highlight reels are delivered in four to six weeks, with full-length films following shortly after. Short social cuts and drone clips can be pulled early on request.

Do you offer rush delivery or previews?

Every client gets a sneak-peek set of edited images within 48–72 hours. Rush delivery of the full gallery or highlight reel is available as an add-on depending on our schedule.

How do I receive and share my files?

You get a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and easy sharing, hosted for one year. Video is delivered as downloadable 4K files plus web-ready versions, and we archive originals for 90 days.

What areas do you serve?

We're based at 2719 W Division St in St. Cloud, MN and cover a 60-mile radius — including Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joseph, Waite Park, and the Twin Cities metro — with no travel fee.

How much are travel fees outside that area?

Beyond 60 miles from St. Cloud we add a flat mileage rate per round trip, quoted up front with your package — never a surprise on the invoice. Events more than three hours away or ending late may include one night of lodging.

Do you travel out of state or for destination weddings?

Yes. Destination and out-of-state coverage is quoted case by case and covers travel, lodging, and crew time. Send us your dates and location and we'll put together a custom quote.

What's included with the photo booths?

Both the 360 booth and the Guac & Chips instant-print booth include delivery, setup, teardown, an on-site attendant for the full rental, props, a backdrop, and custom-branded templates or overlays.

What's the difference between the 360 booth and Guac & Chips?

The 360 booth spins a camera around guests for slow-motion video clips they share instantly to their phones. Guac & Chips is a classic booth with unlimited instant prints your guests take home and a digital copy of every shot.

How much space and power does a booth need?

Plan on roughly a 10x10 ft level area with a standard outlet within 25 feet for either booth. Setup takes about an hour before your start time and doesn't count against your rental hours.

How long are photo booth rentals, and can I add hours?

Rentals start at two hours, with three to four hours most common for weddings. Extra hours can be added when you book or on the spot at the event if our schedule allows.
