Terms

Dates are reserved once a signed agreement and the required deposit are received. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your final balance.

Final balances are due before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery timelines are provided in your agreement and begin after the event date.

Drone coverage is subject to weather, venue permission, and FAA regulations. If drone flight is unsafe or not permitted, that portion of coverage may be substituted.

Xirfad Studio retains copyright of all captured work; clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial usage can be arranged in writing.
